Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Notification 2006, under sub-rule (3) of Rule 5 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986 is imposing certain restrictions and prohibitions on new projects or activities (green-field), or on the expansion or modernization of existing projects or activities (brown-field) based on their potential environmental impacts as indicated in the schedule of the notification, being undertaken in any part of India.

In order to assess the likely impacts arising out of the proposed project, we undertake the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study for the various environmental components which may be affected, to assess the impact arising out of the proposed project and to prepare an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) to minimize those negative impacts.

For obtaining prior Environment Clearance from MoEF and State Committee; the stage wise process is required under rules and regulation to carry out EIA studies and preparation of EIA / EMP report based on proposed project and its activity as per schedule of EIA Notification dated 14th September, 2006 and its subsequent amendments.
