Scope of Work:​

Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 185 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, including MBR, MVR, Stripper Column, UASB, and RO, for M/s. Alchem International Pvt. Ltd., Neemrana, Rajasthan, a leading pharmaceutical company.​

The system is designed to treat toluene- and methanol-rich effluent, segregated into threestreams for optimized treatment:​

Stream A: ETP with ZLD system – ETP: 140 KLD, RO: 185 KLD​

Stream B: Pretreatment system with stripper column – 30 KLD​

Stream C: Pretreatment system with MVR – ETP: 20 KLD, MVR: 50 KLD​

Operation & Maintenance: One-year O&M support.​
