En-Vision Environmental Services successfully delivered External Utilities Interface Support for Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. (TSMPL) at the Dholera Semiconductor Fab project-one of India's most significant and strategic industrial developments. This engagement involved end-to-end coordination for critical external infrastructure, including water supply, power connectivity, CETP/STP integration, piped natural gas (PNG), and storm water drainage systems. The project demanded seamless collaboration with multiple state-level agencies to ensure timely utility readiness aligned with project milestones.

Our team acted as a central interface between TSMPL and key Government of Gujarat authorities such as Dholera Industrial City Development Ltd. (DICDL), Torrent Power and Gujarat Gas. We facilitated technical discussions, obtained critical inputs for engineering integration, and ensured smooth approval processes for power allocation, gas supply, environmental clearances, and utility connectivity. Our proactive follow-ups and structured coordination helped in minimizing delays and resolving inter-agency challenges effectively.
In addition to coordination, EN-VISION provided comprehensive regulatory and environmental support throughout the project lifecycle. We also maintained structured progress monitoring through well-defined activity trackers, detailed meeting records, and proactive risk identification with effective mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth and timely project execution.
